Diversity has been a key part of GAC’s success over the years. Nearly all of our workforce is diverse, and we support skill development for women, minorities, and persons with disabilities.

GAC Solutions is a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) under the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities. 
Diversity has been a key part of GAC’s success over the years, as over 90% of our internal workforce is diverse.

GAC has partnered with various local student organizations, including the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), who is extremely committed to DEI and Anti-Racism Actions. We are committed to bridging the Gender-Based Skills Gap, especially within IT & Engineering. GAC consistently encourages our Women workforce to learn digital and other technical trends that are projected to be in demand for years to come. When interviewing potential employees, GAC uses blind screening methods to help reduce implicit bias. When posting job openings on career sites, GAC ensures the use of inclusive language.
With the continued progression of remote workforce trends, GAC has been able to staff candidates from underrepresented areas nationally and globally, increasing diversity percentages in our candidate sourcing pools. We take pride in frequently sponsoring H-1B Visa & TN Visa holders.

With the addition of our nearshore office in Monterrey, Mexico, GAC Solutions established a program to help Mexican citizens find work in the United States. We took the initiative to partner with these skilled resources, who are typically underrepresented, ultimately allowing them to support our client partners in the USA.


Here at GAC Solutions, we only succeed if our employees can advance their knowledge and skillset. GAC established a Professional Development Reimbursement Policy that provides our employees and contingent workforce with professional development opportunities that increase their skills and enhance their contributions to GAC, as well as our client partners.
